Upon consideration of the report of the referee and the parties' stipulation to reinstatement, we disapprove the report of the referee. Respondent has not reached agreement regarding a definite payment plan. Respondent's petition for reinstatement is hereby denied.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Sergio Vega in the amount of $3,635.25, for which sum let execution issue.
Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
