The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Respondents, James Spaulding and Debt Counseling Services of Florida, and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondent Spaulding are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the report of the referee.

Respondents shall pay restitution in the amount of $395.00 to Maria Kulp as allowed under Rule 10-7.1 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, under the terms set forth in the report. Respondents shall provide a monthly written report to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar detailing to the complainant to whom restitution has been made and the amounts paid.

Respondents are further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from James Spaulding in the amount of $1,202.01, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
