The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to Respondent, and Respondent and The Florida Bar having responded to said Order to Show Cause,

IT IS ORDERED that The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause is hereby denied. Respondent's three (3) year probation, which was imposed by this Court on April 19, 2000, shall be extended until April 19, 2005 and respondent is required to abide by all of the original terms of her probation, even during the time that she is on inactive status; and pay a monitoring fee of $75.00 per quarter to The Florida Bar.

ANSTEAD, C.J., and WELLS, PARIENTE, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.

LEWIS, J., concurs in result only.
