The Joint Petition for Placement on the Inactive List filed in the above cause is granted and Andre Christian Shiromani is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
Placement on the inactive list will be effective thirty days from the date of this order to allow respondent to close his practice in an orderly manner and take steps to protect the legal interests of his current clients. Respondent shall accept no new legal work after the date of this order.
