The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar under the terms and conditions set forth in the report.

Placement on the inactive list will be effective thirty (30) days from the date of this order to allow respondent to close her practice in an orderly manner and take steps to protect the legal interests of her current clients. Respondent shall accept no new legal work after the date of this order.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Mary A. Scheuhing in the amount of $810.00, for which sum let execution issue.
