The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent is suspended from the practice of law for six months, consecutive to his administrative suspension under Rule Regulating The Florida Bar 1-3.7.

Upon reinstatement, Respondent is further to be placed on probation for one year under the terms and conditions set forth in the report.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 650 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, for recovery of costs from Byron Howard Perkins in the amount of $1,406.23, for which sum let execution issue.
