Having considered the referee's report and the briefs filed by the parties, the Court approves the referee's report in full. Accordingly, Lijyasu Mahomet Kandekore is found in contempt of this Court's previous order of disbarment, see Florida Bar v. Kandekore, 766 So.2d 1004 (Fla. 2000), and is hereby permanently disbarred, effective immediately. Further, if Kandekore continues to engage in the practice of law in the State of Florida, he could be subject to additional sanctions that may include a fine or imprisonment or both. Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Lijyasu Mahomet Kandekore in the amount of $3,681.86, for which sum let execution issue. Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
