The Stipulation and Agreement filed in the above-styled cause on October 29, 2007, is approved, and respondent's counsel, John V. Baum, is hereby authorized to disburse funds held in trust for the respondent in the amount of $1,590.99 to the Client Security Fund of The Florida Bar.
