The uncontested report of the referee finding respondent guilty of professional misconduct is approved. The period of time during which respondent, who was disbarred on November 18, 1998, will not be permitted to apply for readmission to The Florida Bar is extended by one year, to November 19, 2004. Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 650 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, for recovery of costs from Albert D. Diamond in the amount of $750.00, for which sum let execution issue.
