The report of the referee is approved as amended herein. The emergency suspension of Maldrick Elaine Bright, which began on October 29, 2003, shall end upon issuance of the Court's order in Case Numbers SC03-1907, SC03-2218, SC04-96, and SC04-119, which order suspends Bright from the practice of law for three (3) years, nunc pro tunc, October 29, 2003. As recommended by the referee, Bright is given thirty (30) days from issuance of the present order to satisfy any emergency suspension and to satisfy all notification requirements set forth in Rule Regulating The Florida Bar 3-5.1(g). The Court approves the supervision and distribution of Bright's trust account funds under the terms and conditions set forth in the referee's report. In light of the Court's order in Case Numbers SC03-1907, SC03-2218, SC04-96, and SC04-119, Bright's present "Motion for Reconsideration of Order of Emergency Suspension" is hereby denied as moot.
