ORDER

This case is set on the Court's remote trial session for Boston, Massachusetts, scheduled to be called on October 18, 2021. On September 24, 2021, respondent filed a status report and informed the Court that the parties have arrived at a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Boston, Massachusetts trial session beginning on October 18, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 23, 2021, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further
