Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on February 13, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Mollie C. McGorry, Esq., sworn to March 24, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 12, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 6, 2015, and inserting in its place the date April 20, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order entered March 12, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the day April 21, 2015, and inserting in its place the date May 5, 2015.
