ORDER


This cause is before the Court on the following:

Dkt. 29 Motion to Consolidate Appeal

Dkt. 30 Motion to Proceed IFP

After consideration, the Court denies the Motion to Consolidate Appeal, because the motion should be presented to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The Court denies the Motion Proceed IFP on appeal because the appeal is frivolous. Plaintiff may present that motion to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to consolidate (Dkt. 29) and Motion to Proceed IFP (Dkt. 30) are denied.
