Order appealed from unanimously modified so as to strike out Item 20 as irrelevant and to limit Items 13 and 14 to the period of time from March 13, 1951, to January 31, 1954, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
