The amended judgment after rescript is to be modified by striking parts 1, 2, and 3, and replacing them as follows: (1) the plaintiff's base damages are $30,000, with prejudgment interest to be computed thereon pursuant to G. L. c. 231, § 6B, from December 4, 1991, to May 5, 1995; (2) the plaintiff is awarded $30,000 in attorney's fees and $10,251.76 in costs; (3) postjudgment interest pursuant to G.L.c. 235, § 8, is to be computed on the sum of parts (1) and (2) from May 5, 1995. As so modified, the judgment is affirmed. Neither party is to have costs of this appeal.
