Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Tolland, where the court, Scheinblum, J., rendered judgment of foreclosure by sale, from which the named defendant et al. appealed to this court, which affirmed the judgment; thereafter, the court, Klaczak, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment, and the named defendant et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.
