ORDER
PER CURIAM
Before this court is an emergency motion filed by appellants HDFI Land Holdings, LP and HD Flamingo Isles Holdings, LP to stay enforcement of the trial court's December 20, 2022 final judgment pending review of the trial court's orders signed October 6, 2023 setting supersedeas bond amounts for both of those appellants.
The two appellants joining in the motion to stay enforcement of the trial court's final judgment have contemporaneously filed a motion seeking review of the trial court's orders setting supersedeas bond amounts, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 24. The other two appellants, Flamingo Isles Marina, LP and Flamingo Isles GP, LLC, have not joined in either of the two motions.
The court finds a temporary stay is warranted while the emergency motion is considered. Accordingly, the court hereby STAYS enforcement of the trial court's judgment as to appellants HDFI Land Holdings, LP and HD Flamingo Isles Holdings, LP, pending further order of this court. Appellee is requested to file a response to the October 20, 2023 motion to reduce security filed by appellants HDFI Land Holdings, LP and HD Flamingo Isles Holdings, LP no later than October 27, 2023.
