PER CURIAM.
Pursuant to the confession of error filed by appellees, William and Annette Sturdivant, we reverse the Order Awarding Taxable Costs and Supplemental Judgment as to Attorneys' Fees and Costs entered against Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA).
