FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS v. Y.A.


The Joint Stipulation to Extend Probation is approved and the probationary period imposed against Y.A. in Florida Board of Bar Examiners Re: Y.A., Case No. SC20-831, is extended until March 30, 2027, under the existing terms and conditions, with the added conditions that Y.A. increase his attendance at abstinence based meetings to 5 times a week for the first two years of the extension; that Y.A. change his sponsor to another sponsor willing to work the steps with him; and increase his testing requirement from 8 random tests per year to 15 to include PEth testing for the duration of his probationary period, effective immediately.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation.
