FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS v. R.J.W.


NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED.

R.J.W. filed a "Petition to the Florida Supreme Court for Amendments, and Waivers of Certain Rules and Requirements Re: My Application to the Florida Bar, and to the Admissions Process of the Florida Bar." To the extent the petition seeks a waiver of rule 2-29 of the Rules of the Supreme Court Relating to Admissions to the Bar, the petition is dismissed as premature. All other requests for relief in the petition are denied.
