THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Roland Raymond ST. LOUIS, Jr., Respondent(s).


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and the period of time during which respondent, who was disbarred on May 3, 2007, will not be permitted to apply for readmission to The Florida Bar is extended by one year. Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report and consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Roland Raymond St. Louis, Jr., in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
