The Stipulation as to Probable Cause, Unconditional Guilty Plea and Consent Judgment to Discipline is approved and the Court hereby directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar at a date and time to be determined by the Board.

Respondent is further placed on probation for two years, effective immediately, under the terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment. Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Jeffrey Paul Manners in the amount of $1,911.50, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
