The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent.
Respondent shall pay restitution in the amounts of $20,000.00 to John Nestor and $10,000.00 to Stephen M. Crawford under the terms and conditions set forth in the report, the consent judgment, and the joint response.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from David Jonathon Joffe in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.
