THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Kevin Michael COBBIN, Respondent(s).


Opinion

The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent.

Respondent is further placed on probation for the period of the Florida Lawyers Assistance, Inc., contract, which shall not exceed three years, under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and consent judgment. Respondent shall comply with all other terms and conditions in the report and consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Kevin Michael Cobbin in the amount of $1,262.50, for which sum let execution issue.

LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
