Upon review of the report of the referee and briefs filed in the above-styled case, the report of referee is approved and respondent is suspended from the practice of law for three years. Respondent is currently suspended for one year in Case No. SC10-1533; therefore this suspension is consecutive to his current one-year suspension and has an effective date, nunc pro tunc, April 28, 2014. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(h). Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Richard Lee Buckle in the amount of $2,914.44, for which sum let execution issue.
Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension. LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
