The uncontested report of the referee is approved and the Bar's "Petition Against the Unlicensed Practice of Law and Prayer for Indirect Criminal Contempt Citation" is hereby dismissed. Respondent is found not guilty of the alleged charges. This Court's order to show cause for indirect criminal contempt dated July 30, 2008, is hereby discharged. Each party shall bear their own costs. The above-styled cause is hereby closed. QUINCE, C.J., and WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, CANADY, POLSTON, and LABARGA, JJ., concur.
