DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 25, 2011, to include a page that was omitted from a certain document annexed as an exhibit to their supplemental memorandum of law filed in the Supreme Court, Queens County, in connection with the motion and cross motion that was determined by the order entered July 25, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
