ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

On October 21, 2021, the Court issued a pretrial scheduling Order on this matter. By this Order, this case is calendared for a special trial session at San Francisco, California commencing on April 25, 2022. The above-referenced pretrial scheduling Order remains in effect unless otherwise revised by the Court.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a Special Trial Session of the Court commencing at 10:00 a.m. on April 25, 2022, in Room 2-1408, Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.

In the event of a scheduling conflict the pretrial scheduling Order dated October 21, 2021, shall take precedence. Modifications to the schedule set forth in the Court's Order dated October 21, 2021, will be made only by leave of the Court upon motion.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
