Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the named plaintiff as a result of the defendant's alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex and tried to the jury before R. O'Connell, J.; verdict and judgment for the defendant, from which the named plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
