For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Soileau v. Hanover Insurance Company (La.App., 232 So.2d 128), the judgment of the trial court rejecting the claim of George A. Fissett, Sr. against Firemen's Fund Insurance Company is affirmed.

Costs are taxed to plaintiff-appellant.

Affirmed.
