ORDER
The motion of Plaintiff-Intervenor the United States to Extend Time for Identification of Lay Witnesses and Disclosure of Expert Witness Identities and Reports is hereby granted. The dates below replace the dates for the relevant events in the June 8, 2006, Amended Scheduling Order (as corrected on June 9 and June 12, 2006): (1) Plaintiff-Intervenor's time to identify lay witnesses and provide a summary of their testimony is extended to and including September 15, 2006; (2) Plaintiffs' time for disclosure of expert witness identities and reports is extended to and including October 15, 2006; and (3) Defendant's time for disclosure of expert witness identities and reports is extended to and including December 1, 2006.
