Before the Court is appellees Cliff Fischer and Clifford Fischer & Company's November 30, 2023 unopposed second motion for extension of time to file their brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than January 11, 2024. Because the brief was first due November 13, 2023, we caution appellees that further extension requests will be disfavored.
