[PROPOSED] ORDER REMANDING ACTION TO STATE COURT
Further to the parties' Stipulation to Remand Action to State Court, the Court hereby remands the above-captioned action to the Superior Court for the County of San Mateo — Main Courthouse. Each party shall bear its own costs arising out of Summit CFS, Inc.'s removal of this action and of the Court's remand to state court.
