First Federal Sav., Loan Assn., Concordia v. Smith

Supreme Court of Louisiana
Apr 9, 1976
329 So. 2d 431 (La. 1976)

Opinion

No. 57736.

April 9, 1976.

In re United Federal Savings and Loan Assn. formerly First Federal Savings and Loan Assn. of Concordia, Vidalia applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge.

Writ denied. The result is correct.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. There is a serious contention that La.R.S. 6:852(C) is unconstitutional as an unlawful delegation of legislative authority.
