Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield and referred to the Hon. E. Eugene Spear, state trial referee; judgment for the plaintiff on two special defenses raised by the defendant Pat DiNardo; thereafter, the court, Stodolink, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon, and the defendant Pat DiNardo appealed to this court. Affirmed.
