Upon due consideration of the various contentions of the parties made in the appeal and cross-appeal, that portion of the amended final judgment which holds Robert A. Peirce Construction Co., Inc. liable to Firepak, Inc. is reversed. The amended final judgment is otherwise affirmed.
Affirmed in part; reversed in part.
