ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 23, 2022, file a joint proposed stipulated decision or, in the alternative, a further joint report regarding the then present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that, in the event the parties are unable to submit a stipulated decision by November 23, 2022, their status report shall include an explanation of the remaining issues and provide a timetable for resolving them.
