ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for leave to file a supplemental or amended brief is GRANTED as follows. Appellant may file an amended appellant's brief within 14 days after the date of this order.
The time for filing appellee's brief under MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) shall run from service of the amended appellant's brief. If an amended appellant's brief is not filed within 14 days after the date of this order the time for filing appellee's brief shall begin to run 14 days after the date of this order. If appellee wishes to seek an extension of time for filing its brief it may file an appropriate motion after the amended appellant's brief is filed (or after the 14-day period has run if appellant fails to file an amended brief).
