ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 32 requires an appellant to file a docketing statement. The Clerk of this Court previously requested a docketing statement be filed on or before June 15, 2024. On June 18, 2024, the Clerk sent a second notice requesting the docketing statement. As of this date, none has been received.

The Court now ORDERS that Appellant file a docketing statement pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 32 on or before August 1, 2024, or this cause will be submitted for dismissal without further notice. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
