On March 8, 2016, this Court ordered court reporter Debi Harris to file, within ten days, a supplemental record containing State's Exhibit no. 1. To date, Ms. Harris has neither filed the exhibit nor communicated with the Court regarding her failure to file it.
Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter Debi Harris to file, by MAY 6, 2016, a supplemental record containing Defendant's Exhibit no. 1, a DVD. No further extensions will be granted. If the exhibit is not filed by the date specified, we will utilize the available remedies, including ordering that Debi Harris not sit as a court reporter until the exhibit is filed in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Fred Tinsley, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; court reporter Debi Harris; and to counsel for all parties.
