On May 19, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely, using the form described in the Court's Administrative Order 2021-01, available on the Court's website by clicking "Rules & Guidance", then by clicking "Administrative Orders". Respondent filed an unsolicited response to petitioners' motion on June 6, 2022, therein stating his objections to the motion. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, immediately upon receiving this order, and in any event, no later than February 21, 2022, the parties shall confer regarding the parties' views as to the above-referenced pending motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 21, 2023, petitioner shall file a reply to respondent's response to the pending motion to proceed remotely.
