Pursuant to a conference call held with the parties on January 5, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance, filed December 8, 2022, is granted, and this case is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to proceed remotely, filed December 29, 2022, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of Court serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at 466 Bannockburn Dr., Pawleys Island, SC, 29585. It is further

ORDERED that upon receipt of this Order petitioner notify the Court in writing as to his current address.
