Petitioner having moved to put over term the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Ontario on December 20, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dan Biersdorf, Esq., sworn to January 31, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of James S. Grossman, Esq., dated February 3, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be removed from the Court's day calendar for February 21, 2012, and added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing March 26, 2012.
