On October 19, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. In that report, respondent represented that the bankruptcy litigation settlement conference is set for November 3, 2022, and a status conference is scheduled for November 8, 2022.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before December 6, 2022, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision document, or (2) a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then current status of this case.
