Before the Court is appellant's August 11, 2023 motion to hold the briefing schedule in abeyance until the court clerk files the supplemental clerk's records this Court ordered filed on or before August 1, 2023. Appellant's brief was due August 11, 2023. We GRANT appellant's motion and DIRECT the clerk of this Court to set the due date for appellant's brief thirty days after the supplemental clerk's records are filed
