Appeal, No. 59, Jan. T., 1965, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, April T., 1965, No. 4, in case of Joseph J. Ferraro and James J. Je Bran v. Robert R. Hunsicker and Elias W. Spengler. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before WOODRING, J.

Adjudication filed directing defendants to transfer shares of common stock to plaintiffs, defendants' exceptions dismissed and final decree entered. Defendants appealed.

Decree affirmed. Each party to bear own costs.
