On July 18, 2023, petitioner's counsel, Dennis L. Perez, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Mr. Perez indicates in his motion that respondent has no objection to the granting of that motion. There is no indication, however, whether petitioner objects to the granting of the motion.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 17, 2023, petitioner shall file any objection, if any, to the above-referenced motion. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve this Order on petitioner at his address in the Court's record.
