Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; C. J. Goodell, Judge.

Action by Irene Fennessey and William J. Fennessey against the Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Thomas Foley, and another. From an order directing a retrial of the issues as between the plaintiff and the main defendant and from an order granting a new trial of those issues and denying the named defendants’ motion for an order directing the clerk of the court to enter judgment for them, the named defendants appeal.

Appeals dismissed, and order granting new trial reversed.
