Jun 27, 2000
613 N.W.2d 723 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 115276.

June 27, 2000.

COA: 205253, Michigan, Ingham CC: 96-083959-AA.

On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the June 22, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would grant leave to appeal.
