Action for damages to wagon driver in collision with autotruck. Judgment against plaintiff.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Charles A. Williams, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1927. Judgments for certain defendants affirmed.

James J. Glassner and Peter Postelnek, for appellant. Loucks, Eckert Peterson, for William J. Oakey and Charles Nettleton, appellees; Abe R. Peterson and Tom Leeming, of counsel.


Judgment for other defendants reversed and cause remanded.
